These 'transparency-casts' are so motivational, as well as, inspirational. The first 25 years of my life i grew up in a church that put pastors on a pedestal, and led the congregation to believe that they never made mistakes, nor did they even struggle sin in the least. How refreshing it is to sit here and listen to these men of God discuss bad sermons (see also "September 1, 2019"), struggles, hard decisions, and in general - being human, like the rest of us. God bless you pastors everywhere.
