Maaaaan,I can SO relate to these words of wisdom. For the past 7 months I've been working 'overtime' on a project for work, (the joke is .. I'm paid a salary not hourly). Regardless, when you love your job as much as I do - it is EXTREMELY easy to want to work 16-hour days .. 7-days a week! But like you said, knowing that burnout is a reality, I force myself to do, well, nothing.
